Odell Coleman Jr., Principal
Odell Coleman Jr. is the Principal of ColemanWick, LLC. Prior to founding the firm in 2004, Odell was fortunate to be able to work and learn across a wide array of capacities within the research field, in both the profit and non-profit sectors. He spent five years working in university outreach and marketing at Case Western Reserve University and The Cleveland Clinic, where he conducted research to support organizational initiatives and business development activities. At the Cleveland Foundation, Odell conducted market research and business planning in the field of wind energy. As a Director of Research at October Research Corporation, Odell managed a staff that provided industry-wide market research to national banks, mortgage brokers, and lending institutions. At Kent State University, he worked with senior management to identify and quantify emerging markets for programmatic and curriculum development.
In addition to his work at ColemanWick, Odell is an adjunct market research professor at Notre Dame College. He also sits on the Alumni Board of The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, as well as the Board of Trustees at MHS. Inc. He serves on the Marketing Committee at DANCECleveland, and as an At-Large Delegate on NOCA’s Board of Delegates, and is a volunteer judge in a business plan competition sponsored by E-City.
Odell holds a B.S. from Kent State University, a Masters in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Masters in Non-Profit Organizations from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Tom Leland, Creative Director
Tom Leland has over 20 years’ advertising experience in Los Angeles, New York, Stamford Ct. and Cleveland, for Madison Avenue agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, DMB&B and J. Walter Thompson. He has written thousands of radio, TV and print ads for clients across the business spectrum: American Express, Ocean Spray, General Foods, Starbucks, Citibank, Mattel, New York University, British Tourism Board, Bank of Boston, to name just a few
Tom was creative director for early high-profile interactive sites such as Lands’end.com, ParentTime.com, Culturefinder.com, Blackboard.com, Engage.com and Homescape.com. Since then he has contributed to many sites including those of New York University, Cedar Point, Biore Skincare, Reynolds Wrap, Mars Candy, Olympic Paint, Comerica Bank, University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic, LasikPlus, Nestle, and Isuzu. Tom earned a B.S. in Environmental Geography from San Diego State University.
Ramya Chari, Consultant
Ramya has worked in a variety of strategic development positions at financial institutions and consulting firms. Prior to receiving her Masters in Engineering from the University of California, Davis, Ramya worked two years for consulting firm, DVL Corporation, providing project management and strategic advice and analysis to clients, contractors and consultants. In 2006, Ramya worked for a futures brokerage firm, FTC Corporation in Pepper Pike Ohio, as a market research analyst, providing market research, competitive analysis and market analytics to clients in the textile industry. Ramya is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration in finance and accounting from Cleveland State University.
Ravi Ananthan, Consultant
Ravi has nearly a decade of experience conducting and applying market research in the health care industry. Ravi developed a widely adopted data acquisition methodology to assess and understand the market dynamics and purchasing behavior of physicians with respect to spinal implants. Previously, Ravi worked in the sales and service of medical devices and imaging products. Ravi has a Bachelors and Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Akron and the University of Mumbai.
Justin Weese, Designer
Justin has created successful art and graphics projects for agencies such as Stern Advertising and Malone Advertising, and for clients such as Nestlé, John Deere, Kimberly-Clark, Goodyear and Kmart/Sears. He is accomplished at incorporating fresh concepts and client directives into strategic design solutions, while meeting tight deadlines and remaining within budget.
